Hospital Affiliates

Patients are seen at the Meadowview Conference Center office located at 2 Sheridan Square, Suite 200, Kingsport, Tennessee. In addition, the physicians perform surgery at: 

• Holston Valley Medical Center
• Indian Path Medical Center
• Johnson City Medical Center 
• Bristol Regional Medical Center 

As always, your insurance company may dictate which hospital you are required to use. In that case, that is the hospital we would use.
